As for transportation, navigating the city is best done by Uber, offering a convenient and safe way to explore various zones without the hassle of haggling over taxi fares. We visited zone 16, which is a newer, up-and-coming part of the city, also called Cuidad Cayala. This city, draped in white, looks like a page out of Europe.
